Who we are: Testely is a privacy-first website that offers free, self-guided mental health tests. We designed Testely so your answers and results stay on your device.

What we collect (by default: almost nothing)

• No account, no login, no email. We do not ask for personally identifiable information (PII) to use the site.

• No analytics or ads trackers. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tools.

• Local storage (on your device). If you choose to save results or progress, they are stored locally in your browser’s storage. You can clear them anytime via your browser or via our in-site “Clear History” function.

• Server basics. Like most websites, our hosting may collect minimal, short-retained server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent) for security and anti-abuse. We do not link these to test answers.

How your test answers are processed

• All scoring and rendering happen in your browser. Test answers are not sent to our servers.

• Export/Import is optional. If you export results to a file, that file is yours and stays with you unless you choose to share it.

Cookies & similar tech

• We use only essential cookies/local storage required to make the site work (e.g., theme preference, optional saved history). No marketing cookies.

Children’s privacy

• Testely is intended for adults and older teens. If you are under the age of consent in your region, please use Testely with a parent/guardian or licensed professional.

Links to other sites

• We may link to reputable resources (e.g., crisis lines, relaxation tools like RelaxButton.com). External sites have their own policies.

Security

• We use industry-standard HTTPS and minimal data practices. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting less greatly reduces risk.

Your choices

• Use Testely without logging in or sharing personal info.

• Clear your browser storage anytime.

• Don’t export or share results unless you want to.

Changes to this policy

• We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We’ll revise the Effective date above.
